As1 has successfully concluded negotiations for Umar Sadiq to return to Valencia CF. The Nigerian striker arrives from Real Sociedad and has signed a contract with the club running until 2028. After a positive spell with Valencia last season, where he scored six crucial goals, Sadiq once again comes under the management of Carlos Corberán.

Sadiq is known for his physical presence, strong aerial ability and his capacity to pose a threat both in behind defences and in combination play. With extensive experience across different leagues, the striker has proven he can perform consistently in any footballing context.

With more than 280 professional appearances to his name, the “killer” strengthens the team’s attacking line with the aim of becoming a key figure in the challenges ahead. The player himself highlighted the effort made to complete his return:
“I wanted to come back to Valencia CF; it’s the best place for me to be. Both the club and I did everything possible to make it happen,” said Sadiq.
